Do you send internationally?

We deliver to Switzerland and selected European countries, especially Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria.

How can I return and exchange my order?

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day We offer a return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If the ring doesn't fit, no problem! You can return it to us free of charge as long as it's within our 30-day return policy and the ring remains undamaged. Click this link for more information.

Return of rings
If your ring doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange it for the correct size – if:

the ring is unworn and undamaged

you return it in the original jewelry box

and the desired size is available

If the size is not available, you can choose another product of the same value – or get a full refund.
We also cover the return shipping costs for ring size exchanges.

Conditions for a return

The item must be in like-new condition.

Please note: If the item shows visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund.

Note: personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.

These guidelines comply with Swiss law and are based on the European right of withdrawal according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You can find out more here.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@geonea.com.

Exchange

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to exchange the current item. Please note the desired exchange on the return slip, for example: the same ring in size 50 instead of 52. You can also send us the desired exchange via email to info@geonea.com and return the received item using the return slip. Once the return is accepted, we will process the exchange. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

How long does it take to get my order?

📦 Shipment


Geonea GmbH delivers within Switzerland and to selected European countries.
Delivery times are usually 2–5 working days for Switzerland and 7-14 working days for Europe.

Please note: The delivery times indicated are only guidelinesDelays due to external factors such as holidays, customs or logistics service providers are beyond our control.

Orders placed Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM or Saturdays until 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day (applies to items in stock).

📌 Important note regarding international orders

For deliveries outside Switzerland – especially to Germany, Austria, or Liechtenstein – additional charges may be incurred by local authorities. These include, among others:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Processing fees by the shipping service provider or customs

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient.

Important: These costs are levied by the respective country or the competent authorities and are outside our sphere of influence. We have no control on the amount, nature or timing of the collection of these fees.

Geonea takes over no liability for additional customs costs or any delays that may arise from the customs process.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office or Postal service providers to avoid possible surprises.
