How can I return my order and exchange ?

Returns and exchanges

Conditions for a return

The item must be in like-new condition.

Please note: If the item shows visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund.

Note: personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@geonea.com.

Exchange

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to exchange the current item. Please note the desired exchange on the return slip, for example: the same ring in size 50 instead of 52. You can also send us the desired exchange via email to info@geonea.com and return the received item using the return slip. Once the return is accepted, we will process the exchange.

Geonea GmbH delivers within Switzerland and to selected European countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are usually 2-7 working days for Switzerland and 5-14 working days for EuropeIn case of delays, the customer will be informed immediately.
