📌 Important note regarding international orders

For deliveries outside Switzerland – especially to Germany, Austria, or Liechtenstein – additional charges may be incurred by local authorities. These include, among others:

• Import VAT
• Customs duties
• Processing fees by the shipping service provider or customs

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient.

❗ Important: These costs are levied by the respective country or the competent authorities and are outside our sphere of influence. We have no control on the amount, nature or timing of the collection of these fees.

Geonea takes over no liability for additional customs costs or any delays that may arise from the customs process.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office or Postal service providers to avoid possible surprises.
