At Geonea, we strive to offer you high-quality jewelry. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from our online store. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery and covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. If your product has a defect that is covered by the warranty, we will offer you either a Exchange by an equivalent product or refund of the purchase price.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Misuse or improper handling, e.g. damage caused by accidents or improper storage.
Normal wear and tear, i.e. everything that occurs through regular use over time.
External influences such as moisture, shocks or falls.
Consumables such as chains, clasps or other parts that simply wear out through use.
How do you make a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, you will need a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice). Simply contact us at this email address, and we'll start the process: info@geonea.com
Once we receive your claim, we'll check whether the product is covered by the warranty. If so, we'll offer you one of the following solutions:
Exchange by an equivalent product or
refund of the purchase price for the defective product.
What happens to defective items?
Once the claim is processed and a solution (Exchange or refund), the defective item becomes the property of Geonea.
Return costs
Defective products: If the product is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-defective products: If the product is not defective or not covered by the warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.
In addition, items returned without prior authorization from Geonea will be returned at your expense and subject to a restocking fee.
