How to measure your finger circumference

The circumference is the measurement around the base of the finger.

You need:
A longer band
Pen with fine tip
ruler

Step 1:

Cut a piece of ribbon so that it fits around your finger.

Step 2:

Wrap the band around the desired finger at the bottom. For the most accurate result, pull the band tight and mark the end with a pen.
**Don't worry! The correct ring size is determined by a tight measurement; the ring itself is not that tight.

Step 3:

Mark the end of the overlap with a straight line.

Step 4:

Measure the marked route with a ruler. The result in millimeters corresponds to your ring size.
At a distance of 5.7 cm, the EU ring size 57 (circumference).
