Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or bathing.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, and hairspray.
Take it off before going to bed, exercising, or doing housework.
Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Store in an airtight jewelry box.

Geonea GmbH delivers within Switzerland and to selected European countries.
Delivery times are usually 2–5 working days for Switzerland and 7-14 working days for Europe.
Please note: The delivery times indicated are only guidelinesDelays due to external factors such as holidays, customs or logistics service providers are beyond our control.
Orders placed Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM or Saturdays until 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day (applies to items in stock).

Since we are directly involved in Switzerland can be sent to international orders outside Switzerland – especially in the EU – additional Import duties such as Customs duties, import sales tax (VAT) and possibly a Processing fee of your local shipping service provider (e.g. DHL).
Switzerland is not an EU member, so shipments from here are often considered taxable importsThese fees are completely outside our sphere of influence and will not collected by Geonea, but from your local customs office or logistics service provider.
For this reason, these costs appear not on your invoice and are not displayed during the order process – we simply do not know whether and to what extent your country charges these fees.
👉 Important to know: The VAT shown on delivery notes or receipts will be not collected by us, but directly from your country's customs authorities upon import. This is common practice for orders from non-EU countries such as Switzerland.
As much as we would like to save you these additional costs, unfortunately we have no influence on it. That's why we're keeping you informed so there are no unpleasant surprises.
